EMPowerplus studies
truehope bipolar disorder a new theory

Since 1996, several scientific researchers and doctors in clinical practice have been studying the effects of EMPowerplus on mental disorders such as bipolar disorder. Although the sample sizes were small, the results have been very encouraging and significant. In all of the seven published studies, more than 80 percent of the participants saw a major improvement in symptoms. By comparison, only a fraction of people who are prescribed psychiatric drugs show improvement.
Dr. Bonnie Kaplan, a respected behavioural research scientist and one of the principle researchers on several of the published studies says, “If substantiated in controlled trials, the normalization of the mentally ill via nutrient supplementation would be the most significant breakthrough in the field of mental illness since the beginning of time.”

As encouraging as these studies are, however, the results need to be proven in a large scale, double-blind placebo controlled study. Then science will have hard proof that EMPowerplus really does what thousands of users over several years says it does. Several studies by qualified researchers across the United States and Canada are also currently underway, with others in the planning stages. There are also studies underway in other countries such as New Zealand and Holland. We welcome research and will continue to compile data that proves the nutrition link to mental illness.
